Monitoring via the Internet
Internet-based monitoring requires an interface box to be installed between your alarm system and router, with a cable connection to the router.

If your router isn’t on a UPS (uninterruptible power supply), a power cut or tampering by an intruder could disable the monitoring.

This method is also vulnerable to accidental disconnection if someone unplugs the alarm from the router.

CLASSIC MONITORING
Activations and Monitoring Details Activations: We will follow your specific instructions if your alarm is triggered. If no instructions are provided, we will follow standard industry protocols to ensure your property remains secure. Opens & Closes: We log every time your alarm is armed or disarmed. You can easily access this information online or through your mobile phone. Maintenance: For issues like low battery or power failure, we will log the event and contact you between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM to keep your system running smoothly.

Classic Plus includes everything in our Classic Monitoring package, plus added peace of mind with a Night Check. Once a night, at your chosen time, we’ll confirm that your alarm system is armed — and notify you if it isn’t

FULL SERVICE MONITORING
Full Service Monitoring includes everything from Classic Monitoring Plus — with enhanced security and responsiveness. If your alarm isn’t set, we’ll keep contacting you or your staff (all night if needed) until it’s resolved. You can also set an Open Time or First-In Time. If someone disarms your alarm outside of these hours, we’ll request the System Password and notify you who entered — or, if preferred, we can send a guard to investigate. The choice is yours.

HOLIDAY MONITORING
Holiday Monitoring is available for residential customers on a prepaid basis. It provides Classic Monitoring on a temporary basis, giving you flexibility and peace of mind while you’re away. Once set up (fees apply), you can start and stop the service whenever you like, with a minimum of one month paid in advance.

Our Radio Professional Monitoring unit operates independently of phone lines, broadband, or third-party devices, ensuring uninterrupted communication with our monitoring station — even during a power outage. Requires a 4G radio unit – $295 (including GST and installation).

Monitor your existing alarm system with ease using our Cellular Alarm Self Monitoring Package. Information is transmitted to your device via the 3G network, ensuring it works even if your internet or power supply is interrupted. Radionet transmitter: $395 (including GST and installation). Annual fee: $100 for access to the Radionet self-monitoring app, allowing you to monitor your property from anywhere via your smartphone.
